RESERVATION FORM

Please Note: Up to 24 hours before a performance, reservations may be made using our online Reservation Form. You will receive email confirmation within 24 hours. If you have not received email confirmation, call the Black Box Theatre to insure that your online reservations have been received and processed.

Please do not use the reservation form within 24 hours of the performance. Call the Black Box Theatre for reservations to insure that your reservation is confirmed and that the performance is not sold out.

We now have a Telex Sound Mate hearing assist system available for our patrons requiring hearing assistence.  If you require a unit, please indicate that in the seating preferences section of the reservation form.

Below is a form you can use to make reservations. Once you fill the form out and press submit, you will be taken to a thank you page. If there are any problems with this form, please contact Peter Herman. We will do our best to honor your seating preferences, but early reservations have a better chance. We will confirm your reservations by e-mail and let you know if there are any problems.

Reservations will be held until 15 minutes before curtain (7:45 on Fridays and Saturdays, 6:45 on Thursdays and 6:45 for Sunday evening performances and 2:15 for matinees).
